Must have at A Do or Dye: I love the semi permanent hair color, shades cream. It’s so creamy and leaves the hair feeling extremely soft and shiny.
When did you know that this profession was right for you? Since I was five. I would cut my bangs and my doll’s hair all the time.
How long have you been in this profession? I’ve been doing hair throughout my time at school and since I have been at A Do or Dye. So it’s been about a year and a half total.
How would you describe your approach to doing hair color? It all depends on the personal style and how often they are willing to keep up their look.
What inspires your creativity? Fashion, most definitely!
What advice would you give to someone considering your services for the first time? I would ask what made them decide to color their hair and how are they planning on maintaining it. My advice would be based off of the answers to these questions.
How do you customize your services for each and every client? I always base my foil patterns off their haircut and how the color is going to compliment them.
What celebrity always has great hair? Hayley Williams
What's your approach to returning clients? I always ask if they’d like to try something different. It’s fun to experiment with color. Whether it’s a couple of highlights or an extreme change like blue hair, it’s always nice to mix it up.
