Things that make me laugh: It sounds awful, but when people get hurt. Like on America’s Funniest Home Videos, when the dad gets hit by the bat or the kids are chased by a pecking chicken. Gets me every time!

When did you know that this profession was right for you? I knew in high school when I started styling my friends’ hair for school dances. I’d get them looking great, and then go pay to get my hair done L
How long have you been in this profession? Five and a half years
How would you describe your approach to doing hair? I like to make sure that what the client wants will compliment their skin tone and their maintenance schedule. If someone only colors their hair twice a year, permanent color is not for them.
What inspires your creativity? The latest trends. I love gossip magazines for the pictures. Let’s face it, celebrities are telling us where we want to go and who we want to be next.
What advice would you give to someone considering your services for the first time? Pictures are always a good communication tool. It’s good to have an idea of how much you are willing to pay, and how often you would want to get it done.
How do you customize your services for each and every client? I don’t get stuck on one color formula or one style. I like to consult with my clients each and every time to ensure we are on the same page, and happy with what we are doing.
What celebrity always has great hair? Natalie Portman, Keira Knightly, and Jennifer Aniston
What's your approach to returning clients? The same approach that I have with new clients. I find out where they want to go with their look and keep it fresh.
