When did you know that this profession was right for you? Age 14 – the day I could get a workers permit I applied at the local shop. I loved chatting with all of the clients. Watching the process of making people feel better about themselves was a wonderful thing. Now I can provide that same service to the clients I have in my chair.
How long have you been in this profession? I have been in the industry for 10 years.
How would you describe your approach to doing hair color? I take my time to consult with every client in order to figure out what their specific needs and wants are. I ask a lot of questions to determine the client’s lifestyle. After that, we discuss which option or style would be best for them.
What inspires your creativity? I get inspired by so many things. Mostly of my inspiration comes from continuing education. I love to learn new techniques and looks. I also am inspired by celebrity magazines to see what the latest trends are.
What advice would you give to someone considering your services for the first time? Please take time to visit our website for pricing. I also love to give clients a free consultation to discuss your wants and needs before actually starting the process.
How do you customize your services for each and every client? I customize all my services by giving each person a thorough consultation. Everyone’s hair is different and everyone has different needs.
What celebrity always has great hair? Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Lopez, and Emma Thompson
What's your approach to returning clients? All of my returning clients get a consultation just like my new clients. I like to see how they enjoyed their last hair experience and if they see anything that needs to be changed.
Describe your personal style: I’d say that I’m mostly trendy, but it depends on the day. As far as my hair goes, I like to wear a heavy bang and usually the rest of my hair straight. Sometimes I wave it for a beachy look.
