Applied through your clothes while sitting in a special massage chair, this mini-massage of your neck, shoulders and upper back feels great. Your therapist will use light, relaxing movements designed to release tension in your upper back, arms and shoulders.

Chair massage was first developed to aide office workers and release tension in the neck, shoulders, and arms. Receiving a regular chair massage helps to prevent repetitive stress injuries, opens the back muscles, and increases circulation.
